About BeDemocracy
The purpose of the exhibition was to debate how social media affects democracy, as well as people's participation and engagement related to political and social issues around the world.
The input from visitors formed the content and expression.
My role
I was responsible for design of the digital surfaces, and web design for a responsive web page that was associated with the exhibition, while working at Expology.
Visitors could “like” expressions pointing with their thumbs by using Kinect technology inside the giant sphere.
Input to the sphere was given by visitors on four thematic walls with case specific questions, the exhibition website and Twitter.

Reflections
It was really a great experience to take part of such a noble project. Expology did great work on the concept and the technical part, and Tomorrow Creatives did an outstanding job on the graphic design.
I especially want to remember the effect of applying the 3D depth to the elements at the exhibition.
